Another Love is designed to provide a safe, respectful, and meaningful experience for all users. These guidelines explain what is and is not permitted on the platform, and what happens when they are breached. Another Love is an adult platform — sexual content between consenting adults is welcome. There are, however, a small number of firm limits that exist to protect real people from real harm. These limits are non-negotiable and are not subject to creative framing or context.
Sexual conversations and scenarios between adults are permitted. All characters on Another Love are adults and have been designed as such.

The following content is prohibited in all circumstances. There are no exceptions for creative framing, fiction, roleplay, or hypothetical context. Any of the following will result in enforcement action.
Any sexual, romantic, or exploitative content involving a character depicted or described as under 18 is strictly prohibited. This includes fictional scenarios, hypothetical situations, and any framing whatsoever. Another Love operates a zero-tolerance policy. Detection will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Using Another Love to plan, facilitate, or obtain assistance with real-world violence, harassment, stalking, threats, or any other harm directed at a real person is strictly prohibited. This includes hate speech targeting real individuals or groups.
Content involving self-harm, suicide methods, or self-injury is not permitted in any context, including fictional framing. If you are struggling, our companions will direct you to real-world support — and so will we. Crisis resources are always available at anotherlove.app/safeguarding.
Any content that is illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom or the user's jurisdiction — including terrorism, trafficking, or non-consensual imagery — is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to bypass, spoof, or assist others in bypassing our age verification system is a serious violation and will result in immediate permanent account termination.
Our platform uses automated detection to identify content that may breach these guidelines. All enforcement decisions are reviewed by a human before a permanent action is taken. Our process is designed to be fair — mistakes happen, and we account for that.
Our system continuously scans for content that may breach our guidelines. Detected content is flagged for review. No human reads your conversations unless a flag is raised and an enforcement action is under consideration.
For most first-time detections, a warning is issued. Your account remains active. Where the detected content relates to self-harm or a user in distress, you will be directed to crisis resources as a priority.
If prohibited content continues after a warning, or if a serious first-time violation is detected (including any content involving minors), your account will be suspended. You will receive a notification explaining how to appeal.
You may appeal any suspension by contacting safeguarding@anotherlove.app. By submitting an appeal, you consent to a trained member of our Trust & Safety team reviewing the specific content that triggered the action. A human makes the final decision to restore or permanently terminate your account.
Accounts found to have seriously breached our guidelines — particularly any content involving minors — are permanently terminated with no right of appeal. Where required by law, content is preserved and referred to the relevant authorities.
If you encounter something on Another Love that you believe breaches these guidelines, please report it immediately.
